The Vic Firth Corpsmaster line of drum sticks designed with Ralph Hardimon are intended for marching drumming but are widely used in other high-powered styles and as heavy practice sticks as well. These Ralph Hardimon "Hammer" drum sticks are a slightly scaled-down version of the hickory Corpsmaster SRH Ralph Hardimon drum sticks with a unique barrel tip and a long taper but are made of heavy birch laminate (called Sta-Pac) for added weight and sound production.
